Uber Begins Illegal Service in Las Vegas

Uber announced that it will begin illegal service in Las Vegas effective today 10/24/2014 The company which claims is a “technology company” is operating illegally.. According to the Nevada Taxicab Authority, uber drivers will have their vehicles impounded and drivers will face hefty fines according to the Taxicab Authority which oversees the safety of passengers in Nevada. Nevada Transportation Authority mandates laws that require all commercial drivers to be properly drug tested and ensure that they are physically fit and capable of doing their job. Uber drivers are not subjected to any criminal background checks, DOT requirements or pre-employment drug tests. NTS Limousine only employs the best chauffeurs and requires all drivers to be properly drug tested, have a DOT physical and be subjected to a criminal background check.
