CANCELLATION POLICY:

All unpaid reservations must be canceled within24 hrs of the scheduled pickup time.

Reservations that are not canceled within 24 hrs of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount.

All prepaid reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable if canceled.

AIRPORT PICKUP:

We will ensure to track your flight for any delays or early arrivals and dispatch the driver accordingly.  Your driver will arrive at the airport at the time your flight is scheduled to arrive.

The time of the ride will begin when the plane lands.

Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim carousel designated for your flight.  If you are not able to locate the driver please call dispatch at: 702-792-5466 and we will direct you to the location of the driver.
